さまざまな障害を持つ人を保護し、支援することを目的とした成年後見法が制定されて10周年を迎えます。今年10月2日より3日間、横浜で開催される2010年成年後見法世界会議にさきがけて、成年後見制度先進国ドイツの実例を報告し、日本の現状や今後の課題などを探る市民公開シンポジウムが開かれました。
