The rising power of China is seen as a source of concern in East Asian security policy. Japan and Korea have been struggling to find adequate responses to deal with the changing situation. In this panel discussion experts from security policy will explain the approaches to a comprehensive security policy in East Asia, the role played by the United States as well as possibilities for an increased EU involvement.
