このシンポジウムでは、東アジア・欧州・北米における、再生可能エネルギーへの転換を促す政策の政治経済を分析しました。
このシンポジウムは東アジア・欧州・北米における再生可能エネルギーへの転換促進を目指した政策の政治経済を分析することを目的としている。上記の3地域に導入されている固定価格買い取り制度の策定過程を比較することで、成長著しいグリーン市場が公的部門によって形作られている現状を明らかにする。また、異なる特色を持つ各国間の制度比較を通じ、学術的理論の展開と共に政策学習（ポリシー・ラーニング）も目指している。
