The societies of Japan and Germany face many common issues, such as global climate change, energy security issues, and an aging society. FES Japan office aims at promoting and deepening Japanese-German dialogue on these important issues. In its activities, FES Japan cooperates with a variety of political groups, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, think tanks, universities, as well as labor-related organizations.
